As an analyst for The 451 Group’s Quantitative Services group, Swapna assists in the development and maintenance of the company’s Market Monitor product line, which provides market sizing, share and growth forecasts for emerging enterprise technology markets, including virtualization and cloud computing.

Prior to joining The 451 Group, Swapna worked as a Research Analyst for IDC in the Middle East and Africa region within the Systems and Infrastructure department, and was responsible for market overviews and forecasts for various technologies. Prior to working with IDC, Swapna worked as a Marketing Engineer for Industrial Tools and Media in Dubai, U.A.E.

Swapna holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune, India and an Electrical Engineering degree from University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada.
