Bill leads The 451 Group’s corporate development efforts examining acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures for the firm. Prior to joining The 451 Group in 2008, Bill worked as an Associate at Sibson Consulting. He also has experience in the Investment Banking Division of Jefferies & Company and at Dewey Ballantine LLP. Bill received his BA from Harvard University, his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
