Senior Analyst, Enterprise Software
Kathleen covers the content management market, including enterprise content management (ECM), Web content management, records management and information governance technologies. Prior to joining The 451 Group, Kathleen spent several years as a marketing consultant and freelance writer, working for software vendors in the content management market and publications such as Portals Magazine, eContent Magazine and The Gilbane Report.
Kathleen previously held product management and product marketing positions in Sun Microsystems' software division, where she managed search, portal and content management technologies and partners. Prior to joining Sun, she was an analyst at Giga Information Group (now part of Forrester Research), where she led Giga's coverage of the enterprise portal and search markets.
Kathleen holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Rhode Island and a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts.
