Research Associate
Yulitza is currently a Research Associate with The 451 Group. She provides research and analysis on various aspects of M&A transactions, and assists with the overall development of the 451 M&A KnowledgeBase and Tech M&A Banking Reviews. She first joined The 451 Group as an independent program consultant in September 2005, conducting research on tech M&A deals.
Prior to joining The 451 Group, Yulitza focused on the development and management of social and health programs for NGOs in New York and San Francisco. She was a program consultant with Doctors of The World USA and a senior planning analyst at The Vera Institute of Justice, where she worked on human rights and health programs in the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Bronx, NY. Yulitza also worked on municipal and federal contract administration programs and city planning development with San Francisco's Department of Human Services and Starting Points Initiative, respectively. Earlier in her career, she was a junior financial consultant for Ernst & Young Consulting in Venezuela.
Yulitza holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Jose Maria Vargas in Caracas, Venezuela.
