Jim was the first journalist from an online-only news organization to be granted an interview with Apple's Steve Jobs.
His journalism career began at The West Sacramento Press and The Capitol Weekly where he covered topics ranging from legislative and public policy issues to the use of technology in state and local government.
He has a degree in English from the University of California and a Masters of Arts degree in American studies from the University of Wyoming.
