William Fellows

Chief Reporter (co-founder)
News not novels best describes William's direct approach to news reporting. He analyzes the enterprise and mobile technology markets for the451 readers in his unique no-nonsense style.

With more than a decade of experience writing about the technology industry, William was formerly US editor of Computergram International. Before that he was editor of Unigram.X at a time when coverage of the Unix vendors' "wars" helped build the publication into the industry's leading source of news, analysis and gossip for the open systems industry.

William's experience reporting from emerging IT markets in Eastern Europe led to him co-creating a joint venture in the former Soviet Union with a State Ministry. He then co-founded Computergram's US office in New York, extending the publication's reputation into US technology markets and on to Wall Street.

He has a Masters of Science degree in information systems and theory from the University of Portsmouth, UK and a degree in sociology and government from the University of Essex, UK.
